Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancel more than 48 hours before

Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund of the tour amount paid. Contact us in writing by email or WhatsApp and include your booking or payment reference.

Cancel within 48 hours

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are normally non-refundable because guide time and any required arrangements have already been reserved.

• Non-refundable third-party costs already committed may be deducted even when another part of a booking is refundable.
• We will consider genuine emergencies fairly, but an exception is not guaranteed.

Late arrival and no-show

Arriving late may shorten the tour so later commitments are not affected. A traveler who does not attend and has not cancelled is treated as a no-show and is not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling

A free date or time change may be requested more than 48 hours before the tour and is subject to availability. Requests within 48 hours will be considered where possible but may be treated as a late cancellation if the original slot cannot be reused.

Cancellation by the guide

If the guide must cancel and no suitable alternative date or equivalent experience is accepted, you will receive a full refund of the tour amount paid. We are not responsible for unrelated travel costs such as flights or accommodation.

Weather, closures and safety

Tours normally continue in ordinary weather. If severe weather, official closures or safety conditions make the experience impractical, you may choose a reasonable alternative or rescheduled date. If neither is suitable, the affected tour amount will be refunded.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. We initiate them promptly, but PayPal, banks and card providers may require several business days before the credit appears. Currency conversion differences and external provider fees are outside our control.
