Using this website

By using this website or confirming a booking, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate contact, traveler and booking information and use the website only for lawful purposes.

Booking and confirmation

A request is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation. Availability may change before confirmation. The confirmation email or written message will identify the tour, date, time, group size, meeting arrangements and agreed price.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the booking page and normally apply per traveler unless stated otherwise. Payment may be processed securely by PayPal. Bank, card or currency conversion charges imposed by your provider are your responsibility.

• Only the items described as included in the tour listing or confirmation are included in the price.
• Optional purchases, tips, meals, tickets or transport not listed as included are paid separately.
• A booking may be cancelled if an authorised payment is reversed, disputed or found to be fraudulent.

Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for arriving on time, following reasonable safety instructions and disclosing mobility, health or accessibility needs that may affect the experience. Children must remain under the supervision of their responsible adult.

Changes and local conditions

Routes, timing or included locations may be adjusted when necessary because of weather, closures, religious events, traffic, safety concerns or other circumstances outside reasonable control. A suitable alternative will be offered whenever practical.

Liability

Services will be provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Abd Errahman Tour Guide is not responsible for losses caused by events outside reasonable control, traveler negligence, undisclosed medical needs, lost personal belongings or independent third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Website content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, photographs and design may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except for normal personal use when planning your trip.
